Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality (RQF) Core Modules

Welcome to the Highfield International Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality (RQF).

This course has been designed to support learners who are working (or preparing to work) in the hospitality industry by developing the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in real workplace environments. The qualification is suitable for learners aged 16+, and helps build confidence in delivering excellent customer service, working effectively with others, and meeting the professional standards expected in hospitality. 

For now, this programme focuses on the 5 mandatory core modules, which form the foundation of the full qualification. These units will help you understand the hospitality industry, how businesses operate, how to work as part of a team, and how to supervise and lead others in a professional environment. You will also complete a practical work-based project to demonstrate your understanding of hospitality in action.

Throughout the course you will build a portfolio of evidence, which may include worksheets, written tasks, observations, discussions and other practical evidence from your learning and work experience.
