Food and Beverage

The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace and is aimed at all operatives that serve coffee and other hot and/or cold beverages in a range of Hospitality and Catering environments.

The qualification provides learners with specialist knowledge and skills in the hot and cold beverage sector.
